Are you excited for the coming of the 2026 Corvette ZR1X? This week, General Motors released the official Order Guide for the 2026 Corvette ZR1X which provides all the standard and optional equipment, colors, and more that can be ordered on the hypercar. This comes on the heals of pricing for the 2026 ZR1X which was released in early August. Now that the Order Guide is out, I bet we see our first allocations within just a few weeks if GM is still planning on meeting its expected availability for the end of 2025.
GM has organized the ZR1X data within the same pages of the ZR1 which once again proves how GM looks at the ZR1X as being within the same family as the ZR1. There are some differences of course. The ZR1X features the HP1 Electrified Front Axle and it’s Magnetic Ride Suspension FEH is different than the FE8 suspension in the ZR1. The ZR1X also has its own transmission with an RPO code of MLP. The ZR1 comes standard with J58 Brakes while the J59 Brakes are the standard brakes for ZR1X, and they come with the ZR1 when optioned with ZRK.
We see that both ZR1 and ZR1X can be ordered with the TOM Carbon Fiber Aero Package. As for the base aero cars, GM makes a clear smoked spoiler bridge with the Jake logo called LPO SIG, but its only showing available for the ZR1. The DTB Electric Blue Dual Racing Stripes are exclusive to the ZR1X.

Also showing on the 2026 Corvette Order Guide is the 2026 ZR1X Quail Silver Limited Edition. This special Silver Matte version is ordered with RPO ZRA and it includes the following options:
(GRF) Blade Silver Matte exterior color
(EMT) Sky Cool and Medium Ash Gray interior with Habanero accents
(CFY) “Limited Edition” etched plaque with sequence number
(ZYC) Carbon Flash Metallic-painted outside mirrors and spoiler (when T0E-equipped)
(J6L) Orange-painted calipers
(NGA) Black exhaust tips
To view or download the Corvette Order Guide for yourself, point your browser to www.gmfleetorderguide.com and then select Chevrolet CAR > Corvette (from select a vehicle) and once it refreshes with the Corvette data, click the Print Button to view and save the whole thing, or click the vertical menu selections on the left side to see portions of the order guide.
GM had originally promised availability of the ZR1X as “Late 2025” and so now that we have the order guide and pricing, I think we could see the first allocations for the ZR1X as soon as the next order cycle. Of course, we are still waiting of the ZR1X Build and Buy Configurator but that has never stopped GM from opening up customer orders previously.

I am super excited, thanks for posting this Keith!
So when I call the dealers, will I get the same stories I get for ZR1? “We have no allocations. We have no reservation lists. We aren’t taking good faith deposits. We will note your interest in our computer. We want to take care of our former customers that have ordered from us before…”. I ordered and bought a new Stingray last year and dealers still can’t/won’t/don’t do anything.
Like early C8s, Z06 and E-Rays, I understand it could be 2 years for those of us lined up behind various super rich Sports Athletes, corporate CEOs, entertainment Celebrities and those paying big dealer bribes. But why no order “reservation” list (like some had for Z06) so we know the dealer hasn’t totally forgotten about us? I had to wait so long for a Z06 that ZR1 came out. So I skipped Z06 to wait for ZR1. By now I’ve banked enough to buy 2 ZR1Xs! (only want one) This rant won’t change anything, but that’s where we’re at. There’s not much to get excited about if they don’t have enough allocations to sell – or at least a reservation list.
O yea dealers make sure you charge way over sticker too !!!
