[VIDEO] Turbocharged C3 Corvette with AWD and Nitrous Rules the Dragstrip in Poland

Check out this monster C3 Corvette from Poland that runs in the 7s in the quarter mile!

This Corvette was built by the VTG speed shop and it has several unique features including a turbocharged 6.2L LT1 Chevy small block with a wet nitrous system that makes nearly 2,000 horsepower. However, to help with reliability the engine is tuned down to a “much tamer” 1,650+ HP. But what we found most interesting is that it also has an AWD drivetrain from a GMC Typhoon!

The Corvette was at a Doorslammers event back in May in the U.K. at Santa Pod Raceway, and here are all the runs the car made against some stacked competition that included a heavily modified C5 Corvette and a Volkswagen compact. On its last pass, it runs a 7.3-second quarter mile at 192 mph!

One of the highlights at Doorslammers ’24 was finally getting to see VTG’s Corvette in person with it’s crazy AWD burnouts and low 7-second passes. Powered by a turbocharged small block chevy with nitrous and utilizing the GMC Typhoon drivetrain.
