One of the primary selling points of the Chevrolet Corvette is the vast aftermarket support enjoyed by the model. That umbrella of support doesn’t just cover plug-and-play parts and accessories; there are multiple companies out there making dedicated upgrade packages for America’s Sports Car, too. Most of the players in that arena – the Lingenfelters, Callaways, and Hennesseys of the world – focus primarily on improving performance by adding horsepower.
Caravaggio Corvettes has always taken a different approach to ‘Vette enhancement. The Ontario, Canada firm is more focused on the art of the automobile. No sane people ever complained about the speed of new Corvettes; it was always fit and finish or interior materials where the Plastic Fantastic got dinged by the media or prospective owners. Rarely do creatives and logic intersect, but Caravaggio made its name by remedying Corvette shortcomings with a range of beautifully crafted interiors and a “Tailor Made” program that lets ‘Vette owners go as far as selecting one-of-one exterior paints.
When the C8 Corvette debuted, its vastly improved factory interior allowed – and maybe even demanded – Caravaggio to take the next step. What it came up with is known as the Unica Series 1: a run of 30 carbon fiber-intensive overhauled C8 Stingray that not only cut weight but also smoothed out a lot of the newest ‘Vette’s somewhat controversial angular styling.
Now, Caravaggio has turned its attention to the exotic, flat-plane Z06. Its new creation wisely retains its Z06 branding and will go by the Caravaggio Z06 Series 1 calling card. The ZS1 will be limited to 25 units, and its styling echoes the smooth aerodynamic motif established by Caravaggio’s Stingray. The new body is 100% carbon fiber. Weight savings aren’t finalized yet, but should be significant, and acceleration, braking, and handling will all benefit from the car’s reduced mass. Additionally, buyers will have the opportunity to select a unique paint scheme, guaranteeing their car’s exclusivity. Inside, ‘Vaggio has shown the same attention to detail. Each cabin will feature meticulously crafted details and bespoke Alcantara throughout, including the seats, dashboard, door panels, carpets, frunk, and trunk. Finishing touches include a custom exhaust system, individual numbers, and a certificate of authenticity.
Pricing hasn’t been announced, but expect it to land in the same ballpark as the $110,000 of the first 30 C8-based cars and remember a donor Z06 is not included, so you’ll have to BYOZ before you can spec your own masterpiece!

so a corvette with a Huracan frontend you were so close
Got that old Camaro spoiler on the back
So it’s pretty much like how the C8 should have come factory. Door that doesn’t have the intake extensions. Spoiler that flows into the body work. Full suede interior. Far less disjointed rear bumper. But then they did away with the quad center exhaust?
Just needs round taillights.
