Corvette Values: 2021 Corvette Stingray Sells on Bring a Trailer for $63K

After five years since its initial rollout, the C8 Corvette Stingray is one of the more plentiful sportscars you will find being offered for sale. If you waited this long because you couldn’t bear the thought of paying over MSRP for it, good job! We are now in a buyer’s market and there are some fantastic Corvettes out there for the taking.

This example of a well-bought C8 Corvette Stingray comes from the Bring A Trailer website. The car is 76th Corvette Stingray to be produced in 2021 and it’s everything we think of when we see a C8 Stingray.

The Torch Red Coupe was ordered with the Z51 Performance Package as well as a 3LT premium equipment group. It includes Magnetic Selective Ride Control for Z51 and is also optioned with the front axle lift, Carbon Flash 19/20-inch split-spoke allow wheels, a removable carbon-fiber roof panel, and the NPP Performance Exhaust which comes standard on the Z51.

Inside the car is a Jet Black with Adrenaline Red GT2 Bucket Seats, and the original owner also selected the Carbon Fiber trim package as well as the Torch Red seat belts. With only 11K miles on the odometer it’s well broken in, yet the mileage isn’t excessive by any means.

The original MSRP for this build was $90,215 and it was sold on Monday at Bring a Trailer for $63,500. The comments on the BaT auction page agree that this Corvette Stingray Z51 Coupe was well-bought. Here’s just a few of the comments:

“A screaming, red deal. I was walking through an airport, good thing or I would have joined the fray. Congrats!”

Under $70k with the BaT fees…Now that’s a smoking deal.

Agreed, very well purchased. Lot of car for $66 & change

It’s a buyer’s market, so what are you waiting for! There are more C8 Stingrays on Bring a Trailer, including this Torch Red Corvette 3LT Convertible with Z51 currently sitting at $53,000 with three days to go.

  1. Missing from the analysis here is how C7s that originally had lower MSRPs, are years older, and have similar or higher miles are selling at or above this same price point. Strange how there’s so much more value when you add one additional foot pedal…

  2. Agree on the M7s. My dealer has been bugging the crap out of me to sell them my M7 C7 Grand Sport. I am sure they have buyers looking for these cars.

  3. Ya no surprise here people, it is now a used car. It’s been five model years and production finally ramped up so no surprise.
