[VIDEO] Corvette Insider: Josh Holder Provides an Overview of the 2025 Corvette ZR1

The details of the 2025 Corvette ZR1 are now officially live today and we’re sort of wondering why GM didn’t go full-blown with a reveal video like they did with Stingray and ZR1. Regardless, the new ZR1 info is here, and this car is a monster!

However, there are a few videos featuring the new King of the Hill that are starting to come out like this Insider chat with Corvette Chief Engineer Josh Holder.

From Chevrolet via YouTube:

Equipped with the perfect blend of heart-pumping speed and jaw-dropping style, the Corvette ZR1 is the latest chapter in the already storied history of our mid-engine masterpiece. Hear from Josh Holder, Corvette Chief Engineer, and Brad Franz, Director – Marketing Chevrolet Cars and SUVs, about how the fastest, most powerful Corvette ever came to be.

  1. I will be robbing a national Bank in downtown Phoenix later tonight to afford a new ZR1 Convertible with 3LZ in Red Mist Tinted Midcoat with Natural Dipped leather interior and all carbon wheels, and if there is any cash left over, a ZR1 Coupe with 1LZ and all of the wings in Competition Yellow to go racing each weekend.

Tadge, you should have a party later this week to celebrate the ABSOLUTE BEST VETTE YET.!!!

CONGRATULATIONS to all of the Chevrolet Corvette Team, past and present to bring us a Corvette with 1,064 American Horsepower. Now, what about the Chevy Dealers that have to maintain, service and repair this Great Corvette?

Corvettes Rule – even now with 1,064 HP!

  2. Will the split rear window be on both ZR1 coupes and ZR1 convertibles this time, or only ZR1 coupes (as in ’63)?

Come to think of it, curious as to why Chevrolet decided not to also split the removable hardtop’s rear window in ’63.
