[STOLEN] This Blue 2019 Corvette ZR1 Was Stolen in Naples on Sunday Morning

Alright, Corvette Nation. We could use the internet’s help in returning a stolen 2019 Corvette ZR1 to its owner who is a CorvetteBlogger reader. His Blue C7 ZR1 was stolen from his condo complex in Naples, Florida early Sunday morning.

The Elkhart Lake Blue 2019 Corvette ZR1 is a coupe with the low wing, and it’s wearing Black ZR1 wheels with Red Brake Calipers. The Florida license plate says “VEROOM 1” and the VIN is 1G1Y52D90K5801745. It was taken from the owner’s covered parking area at the Siena Lakes Senior Living facility located off of Orange Blossom Drive in Naples, Florida.

The owner woke up Sunday morning at 6:00 am to find an OnStar alert had been triggered at 1:32 am while he was sleeping. Cameras on the front gate of the facility show the car leaving at 1:34 am. It appears that the thieves disconnected the GPS as OnStar was unable to ping the vehicle to find its location and shut it down.

Please help Don find his car by sharing this post or any of the photos and details, especially if you’re in Southwest Florida. If anyone sees the Blue Corvette ZR1, please contact your local police or Detective Steven Klonowski at the Collier County Sheriff Department at 239-252-0026.

  1. I feel sorry for the guy. That’s really screwed up that some punk would steal his great looking prized possession ZR1. I hope he gets it back and the asshole who stole it gets maximum punishment.
