Chevrolet has sent the Constraints for December 2023’s order cycle to its dealers today, and as expected they only cover ordering for the Stingray and Z06, as there were zero E-Rays allocated with last week’s estimated shipping report. These orders are expected to be built sometime in late January or early February, and as usual, the constraints listed below only affect the orders going in this week, and not any previous orders accepted by GM.
One piece of good news is that the ZZ3 Engine Appearance Package is no longer constrained for either model. I’m also getting some mixed messages on the FA5 Carbon Fiber Trim Package which I originally wrote as being available for both models. We are now told that Z06 is limited and there are a few more for the Stingray according to another dealer we heard from.
As for the Z06 and its scarce Z07 performance package due to the aero requirements, it appears that things have very much improved. While we still have zero availability for the (T0F) painted carbon fiber high wings, the good news is that the (T0G) visible carbon fiber wings and the ground effects packages in both visible carbon fiber (CFZ) and painted carbon fiber (CFV) are now available. So theoretically, a dealer with five Z06 allocations could build five Z06/Z07s as long as they selected the visible carbon fiber aero.
The numbers following the option is the nationwide availability, however, we have just the Tier 1 numbers which is what the largest dealers get.

Some of these constraints are baffling How can an item like a high wing or Q9I wings be onconstraint for 6 months. Does some little old lady make them in her basement in her spare time
Who are the large dealers? MacMulkin, Ciocca. I ordered today form MacMulkin and couldn’t get a NON Z51.
Wide selection is a thing of the past (C7).
