Corvettes for Sale: Will that be Sea Wolf Gray or Caffeine for Your C8 Corvette Z06?

Here’s a pair of extremely uncommon looks for an already hard-to-get American dream car! It’s always a bit of a thrill when the new model-year colors start arriving at dealerships around this time of year! When the color in question turns out to be one that you’ve been wanting to see included on the palette for years, it is downright exciting! Press photos and the bright lights of auto show floors make it difficult to assess how your favorite car looks in its new suit, so this is when you can really pass judgement!

The first of today’s selection of two C8 Z06s is the first that we’ve seen hit the market in the new Seal Wolf Gray Tricoat, and even though there’s only three photos available as of writing, we feel save in declaring this hue a winner! The SWGT Z comes to us courtesy of the Cars.com page of Missouri’s Elco Chevrolet. Carrying an MSRP of $133,795, it is nicely equipped with the top-of-the-line 3LZ equipment group, but it’s the color that really made this one worth sharing! Be warned, it isn’t showing on the official Elco site (their only new ‘Vette listing is for a Cacti Stingray that we’re also looking forward to seeing in the metal), so it might be spoken for already, but the pictures could still lead to some tough ordering decisions! If anyone takes delivery of a ’24 in Sea Wolf over an Adrenaline Red Dipped interior, please don’t hesitate to share, that’s one that these bloggers just have to see!

2024 Corvette Z06 in Sea Wolf Gray

Corvette #2 is also a C8 Z06, but this one is all-but guaranteed to be even rarer than the Sea Wolf, when all is said and done, and it’s on the clock, so if you’re interested, you’ll have to act fast! Until 1:13 PM on Thursday, November 9th, Bring a Trailer is serving up a true one percenter, and after Harlan Charles’ presentation at the Museum’s Anniversary Celebration in September, we mean that quite literally. While a final headcount hasn’t been made public quite yet (because GM still hasn’t completed 2023 deliveries), Caffeine Metallic is tracking to be the rarest Z06 color of the new car’s inaugural year on sale. Brown has never set the Corvette orderbooks on fire, and it probably wouldn’t be our first choice either, but the Natural leather popping out of the convertible top of the coffee-inspired Z on carbon fiber wheels looks shockingly good! You aren’t likely to see another one, and the color might lead this one to be one of the best buy’s we’ve seen so far on a flat-plane Corvette! With 24 hours remaining, bidding has only reached $128,500. When a newly listed black car on base wheels is already up to $132,740, and a 70th Anniversary Z07 has been bid to $165,000 with three days to go, that’s an excellent deal!

  1. I would wrap them in another color and maybe in 20 years they will be worth more money because no one bought these colors.

  2. Btw what Corvette are you
‘seeing in the metal’ when they are all a mix of Fibre glass and Carbon?!!
