[VIDEO] Jordan Taylor Headed Back to NASCAR with an Xfinity Race at Charlotte's Roval

Jordan Taylor did say he wanted to run some more oval circuits in NASCAR and now the IMSA hot shoe is getting that chance once again with Kaulig Racing. Check out the announcement as it was posted to Twitter this afternoon.

The call came in from Chris Rice at Kaulig Racing as Jordan was doing some cleaning and polishing around the house. Boy, these racers sure do a lot of trophy polishing as we see Chris dusting off his hardware while making the pitch.

Jordan accepted the challenge and will be driving the No. 11 Chevy Camaro in the Drive for the Cure 250 at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Saturday, October 7th.

The race at Charlotte will be the third stockcar race for Jordan this year. He made his first start with Hendrick Motorsports as he subbed for Chase Elliot in the No.9 Chevrolet at the Circuit of the America’s on March 26th and finished 24th overall. He then joined Kaulig Racing for the Xfinity race at Portland International Raceway on June 23rd, finishing in 27th place. Jordan also ran a Pro Late Model on the CARS Tour as it returned to North Wilkesboro in May.
