[SPIED] Following Behind Two 2025 Corvette ZR1s in Colorado

We’ve had a few days to digest the recent sightings of the Corvette engineering team driving what we think are the 2025 Corvette ZR1s in high-altitude tests in and around Golden Colorado, and out of the blue we find yet another video featuring the camouflaged prototypes driving on public roads.

The video was uploaded to YouTube late last week and we found out about it after it was posted to the Corvette Forum by agent provocateur Corvette_Nut. While our previous videos captured the cars out on the open roads, the guy who captured this video must have stumbled across their secret lair, which is just a fun way of saying he was probably staying at the same hotel as the engineering team.

In the video, we see two different configurations of the ZR1s leaving the hotel property with one having the Z06’s carbon fiber high wing while the other had the base-level aero. Both have the center quad exhaust, and both are wearing the mixed set of aluminum wheels with the new ZR1 styled wheels on the rears.

Our YouTuber does a drive-by of the parked C8 prototypes at night, and then once again in the morning as the cars are being prepped for testing, and wow, if looks could kill! The GM engineering staff doesn’t appear too happy to be found out.
