Corvettes have won award after award over the decades, but you can do your part to help your favorite sports car win some more bragging rights in a contest currently being promoted by the Kentucky Association of Manufacturers.
The association – which works to promote and grow manufacturing in Kentucky – is taking votes on the Web for “The Coolest Thing Made in Kentucky,” and if you’re reading this story on this website, we have a feeling you definitely already know the answer to that question.
Right now, Corvette has already advanced to the semifinals, where Bracket 1 features Tactile Town: American Printing House for the Blind going up against Jif Peanut Butter: The J.M. Smucker Company and Bracket 2 shows Corvette: General Motors competing against Powerfoil X4: Big Ass Fans.
Like we said, the Corvette should win this contest hands-down, but the Corvette team isn’t taking anything for granted and is asking for your vote to make sure everyone else in America knows it.
“This is a great way to show appreciation for the 1,300-plus employees at Bowling Green Assembly who put their heart and soul into every Corvette they build,” the team told us.
You can do your part in just a few seconds by going to this website at coolestthingky.com/cast-your-vote/ and choosing the Corvette!
