Yesterday, we shared the good news that the Corvette Assembly Plant in Bowling Green had set a new daily high for production of the 2023 Corvette Z06. On Wednesday the assembly plant produced a total of 63 Z06s during the two shifts.
On Thursday, April 6th, they came back and broke that record number once again!
Production on Thursday saw 65 regular Z06s and three 70th Anniversary models completed for a one-day total of 68 Z06s! For the week, the assembly plant has built 179 regular Z06s and 26 70th Anniversary models for a total of 205, and that’s with the plant being closed today for Good Friday.
In addition to the Z06s built yesterday, workers also completed 135 Stingrays (130 regular/5 70th Anniversary) over the two shifts for a total output of 198 units. Like we said, that’s a fantastic number coming out out BGAP.

Not hard to set records when expectations are so low, GM is just pitiful and should be embarrassed. I’ve had a deposit down on day one still waiting for my allocation.
Some dealers getting stock ZO6s for sale and potential owners with deposits are still waiting. My deposit has been since 2019 and might get a 2024 allocation. GM should stop developing models for other countries and concentrate on their loyal US customers which will always keep them in business. Disgusted and now looking at Porsche which can deliver cars.
I ordered in sept a C8 in Germany . Not any feedback until now .- after 8 month
Going back to Ferrari . Miss my Tributo and F458 …
I am really pissied about GM and Corvette and i will sell him immediate as this service is more than painful – Real cars coming out of Germany and Italy !! Now i believe it
