[VIDEO] Brink of Speed Covers the Reveal of the 2024 Corvette E-Ray

Continuing with our E-Ray Day theme, we wanted to share this video from the Brink of Speed YouTube Channel who breaks down the reveal of 2024 Corvette E-Ray and offers us a C8 Corvette Stingray owner’s perspective to the release of the new car. Mike has owned two C8 Stingrays, both a coupe and convertible, and was also a former C7 Z06 driver if I recall, so he knows his way around the Corvettes.

Coming from the perspective of a Corvette enthusiast, I think he covered the E-Ray’s details pretty good and he gave his audience some things to think about. One of those hit home for me was thinking about the price with the inclusion of two huge standard items. The Brembo carbon ceramic antilock brakes go for $8,495 on the Z06’s price list, and Magnetic Ride Control which on the Stingray costs $1,895. Together those are $10,390 so if they weren’t standard, they would have probably been on many buyer’s checklists anyways. It’s all about perspective.
