[VIDEO] Emelia Hartford Unveils Her Customized 2023 Corvette Z06 with Forgeline Wheels


The Amplify Orange 2023 Corvette Z06 owned by Emelia Hartford just got another update, and GM’s engineers are probably thankful that these modifications are for appearance only. Her last video featured the first runs with the twin-turbo installed, and it ended with the new Z06 on a flatbed as it was headed to her wrap company, PFC. Now, we get to see the first look of the new Z06.

Emelia’s 2023 Corvette Z06 is now an inverse design of her 2020 Corvette Stingray which is White with Orange accents. On the C8Z, she did the opposite by adding white stripes and accents to the Amplify Orange-bodied color. She also had Forgeline’s NW104 monoblock wheels mounted to the car which are also in white. Many of her commenters on YouTube expressed doubts about the white wheels, but we think they look great on the now-completed car.

Emelia had to run the existing wheels and tires over to the tire shop so that the tire pressure sensors could be transferred over to the new wheels which were to be wrapped in a new set of Michelin Cup 2R tires. However, they hit a snag when trying to mount them as the run flats have extremely thick sidewalls. She says that was confirmed by the members of the Corvette Team who said people were having difficulties with getting them mounted. After getting the two rear tires mounted, she says they had a ton of trouble in getting the front rubber on the new rims. She mentions later they were unable to get the front tires mounted and decided to go with a different set of tires for the reveal.

Adding to her stress on that day was that her dog ran out into the street and her friend, seeing oncoming traffic, rushed out after her, and both were struck by a car. Luckily, the dog and her friend Shawn had no broken bones and both will be okay. So it’s a slightly subdued Queen of Speed who returns to PFS to finally unveil the 2023 Z06.

  1. It is a very good look for her considering the Stingray’s look. She needs to teach that dog to not run into the street.

  7. I love Orange Corvettes but that’s not quite doing it for me. Also the 20 spoke white wheels will be a nightmare to keep clean.
