[VIDEO] C8 Corvette Stingray with Bolt-Ons vs Tuned Cadillac ATS-V at the Dragstrip

Here is a modded C8 Corvette Stingray having some fun at a local dragstrip. The action was captured by the Drag Racing and Car Stuff Channel on YouTube, and it features the Arctic White C8 Coupe vs two other performance vehicles from General Motors.

From the comments of the YouTube video we have found that the C8 Corvette is modified with headers, a ported intake manifold, a prototype cold air intake, a larger throttle body, and a center exhaust system. It’s also rolling on drag slicks with skinny front tires.

The first race is just a solo run and it gives us an idea of what to expect from the Corvette. We watched as the Corvette made its pass with the timing showing 10.47 seconds at 131.83 mph.

Next up was the main event with the Corvette lining up in the far lane against a Dark Green Cadillac ATS-V, which puts out 464-hp from its 3.6L V6 in stock form. The description says the car is tuned but no other specs are available. This race was extremely close with the Corvette running 10.35 at 130.64 to the Cadillac’s 10.41 at 132.01.

Finally, this last race against a Chevrolet Camaro was a bracket race, so the Camaro takes off first and then the C8 Corvette launches just afterwards. Does he catch the camaro? Check out the racing action below!
