[PIC] Snowpocalypse Claimes a C8 Corvette Stingray

They tell me that daily driving a C8 Corvette in the snow would be fun, lol. I think the driver probably made a good effort at it but finally had to take the “L” and park it.

And thank you to whoever put the cones of protection around Corvette! The car should be just fine as long as no one gets sideways on the road while looking at it. However, you have to wonder how the owner is feeling knowing his baby is out there all alone!

As we don’t know if it is a coupe or convertible, we are also kind of wondering what the engine bay might be looking like right now if it is indeed a coupe.

  1. I’ve driven Corvettes for about fifty years, many of those years as a daily driver. They actually are pretty good if you have the right tires, the problem being ground clearance. The snow gets under the front end, the tires lose contact and you’re done, so you have to use good judgement.

  2. Good judgement is ” don’t drive a sports car in the winter, mine is in storage, not covered with snow and ice melt chemicals, just saying!
