[PICS] How About Putting a C7 Vette Kart Under the Tree This Year

As far as I know, this C7 Corvette Vette Kart isn’t for sale. But that doesn’t mean the owner doesn’t carry around a price in his head for what this creation may be worth.

Vette Karts have gained in popularity over the last few years ever since Hot Rod Magazine’s Roadkill ripped the outer panels off a C4 Corvette in a cringy light-weighting scheme that actually turned out to be pretty cool.

Over the years, we’ve seen Vette Karts playing in the dunes and another one set records on the drag strip. But this is the first time we’ve seen a Vette Kart created out of a C7 Corvette.

The photos come from Chase Knouf via Facebook who says “Soooo… this just came Into my work”!

The car is missing all of its front panels and doors, and in their place is steel tubing that surrounds the car and adds strength and stability back into the frame. However, the rear still has its rear fenders and hatch in place. And those extra-wide off-road tires are just the rubber this Corvette needs when it hits the roads or lack thereof.
