We came across these photos on Facebook and we can tell you that it appears that all ended well for this 2019 Corvette ZR1 that nearly took a tumble off the motorized lift of an auto transporter.
Talk about needed some roadside assistance… and a new pair of shorts!
We’re not sure who to credit for the original photo but you can follow this thread via Greg Hunter’s facebook account. A commenter suggests that a cable snapped which caused the lift to fail. Luckily the car was well-strapped and stayed seated to the lift despite its precarious position.

I would have had a heart attack right on the spot!
Here’s my Z06 being offloaded the same way and when the driver backed up to the end of the ramp I panicked a bit (listen to me) as I thought he was going to drive off the end.
