When no Corvette owners stepped up to participate in this year’s Corvettes at Carlisle annual Burnout Contest, Lance Miller grabbed his Corvette Challenge Racecar and volunteered to entertain the crowd.
There were actually two other contestants who signed up. One was driving a diesel GMC pickup while the other was in a Cadillac XLR. That Cadillac would have been interesting to watch as it was born in Bowling Green alongside the C6 Corvettes. Unfortunately, the Cadillac driver was all show and no go which is why Lance is the real winner despite his exhibition status!
