Whoa, how about this!!
My new book on Corvette Special Editions is now being sold at the National Corvette Museum’s Corvette store! Here’s a photo of the display copy from inside the NCM. It’s also available through the online Corvette Store.
I refer to the NCM as my personal “Graceland” and every visit there is special. As an NCM Lifetime Member, it’s very gratifying to see my book on display in the store. I am very proud of the finished product and to see it offered at the NCM is both exciting and humbling at the same time.
The Corvette Museum’s Bob Bubnis was very helpful in providing some of the 460 images that are found in the book. Corvettes from the NCM Collection are featured including the world’s only 1983 Corvette and there are several sections that pay tribute to past events at the NCM including the 50th Anniversary celebration and of course the infamous sinkhole that swallowed eight Corvettes. Thanks again Bob!
Although I didn’t pester her too much, Betty in the NCM Library and Archives was also able to chase down some key information for me so thanks to Betty as well for her assistance.
My next visit to the NCM will come in April 2019 for the NCM Bash and I’ve already had a discussion to host a book signing event during the Bash event. You’ll be able to buy the book at the NCM and I will sign it, or if you bought a book online, make sure you bring it to the Bash and I will happily sign it as well!
