[PICS] European Shop with a Passion for Corvettes Gets Seven SONIC Corvette Racing Toolboxes

I thought this was a pretty cool email to receive. As the reviews and posts from various Corvette fans regarding their SONIC Corvette Performance Tool Box and Tool Kits were rolling out last month, I heard from an automotive shop with a passion for Corvettes and other American cars in Monster, The Netherlands.

SONIC Tools is a 50-year-old Dutch company and their tie-in with Corvette and Corvette Racing must have caught the eye of the owners of V.D. Lans, who arranged to have seven toolboxes shipped to their auto shop. Each toolbox has the V.D. Lans logo and was also customized with the mechanic’s name.

The happy occasion was marked by this group photo which is headlined by a 2016 Corvette Z06 C7.R edition!

Here is the full email from our new friends in The Netherlands:

We are a small company in The Netherlands with a passion for Corvette and US cars. Last Monday we had a photo day at V.D. Lans Auto’s BV in Monster, The Netherlands became unforgettable for the workshop staff. As a surprise to the staff, seven new toolboxes were presented to replace their old toolboxes. Cor of Hofland Automateriaal BV along with Ed and Ted of V.D. Lans Auto’s BV arranged for seven of twenty Sonic Corvette Performance Toolboxes destined for the European market to be delivered to V.D. Lans Auto’s BV in Monster. The Toolboxes were personalised by Tim of Westdijk BV. These Toolboxes come with 280 pieces and are produced as a collaboration by Sonic Tools and Corvette Racing dedicated to providing a unique product to Corvette enthusiasts.

Because we own a Corvette C7-R as well we thought it might be a cool item to write about!
