[GALLERY] Track Action from the Motorsports Park at the Michelin NCM Bash


The National Corvette Museum wasn’t the only place bustling with activity the NCM Bash event. The NCM Motorsports Park adjacent to the museum had a full slate of activities all weekend as well.

On Wednesday patrons could sign up for Touring Laps. For $90 you could lap the sinuous track at “highway speeds” all day long in 20 minute intervals.

Thursday and Friday were occupied by the High Performance Driving Event (HPDE) where owners could put their Corvettes through their paces and get educated by professional instructors.

On Saturday the Nashville Auto Club hosted an autocross at the Motorsports Park. Owners paid a reasonable $65 to challenge the clock and dodge cones as many times as they wanted.

We talked with several members who took part in the activities over at the NCM Motorsports Park and they had nothing to say but good things about both the track and how the events were organized.
