When Chevrolet’s designers and engineers began laying out their goals for creating the C8 Corvette, they made sure that the new car would finally be available as a right-hand-drive model that would be offered for sale in markets that include the UK, Australia, and Japan.

One of the cool personalized options that C8 Corvette owners can choose is to have a personalized interior plaque with your name that is displayed inside the car.

You can order one as a standalone option with option BV4 which will cost an additional $200. That version is the plaque at the top of the photo. Buyers who opt for the R8C Museum Delivery will automatically receive the plaque on the bottom which features the NCM logo.

Well, the accolades for the mid-engine 2020 Corvette Stingray continue to roll in. Today the C8 was honored as the 2020 North American Car of the Year (NACTOY). The Corvette beat out the reborn Toyota Supra and the Hyundai Sonata.

I still remember the first Corvette I ever drove – a 1978 Corvette Light Blue model on the used lot of a Marietta, Ga., Chevy dealer in the early 1980s.
