DETROIT (July 5, 2023) – In its 25-year history, Corvette Racing has taken victories at 27 racetracks around the world. Very few have witnessed more Corvette successes than Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, which plays host this weekend to the Chevrolet Grand Prix for the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.

In case you didn’t get enough fireworks for your Fourth of July, we’ve got a video from Hennessey Performance featuring the 2023 Corvette Z06.

This Red Mist Coupe is owned by Hennessey’s Chief Engineer John Heinricy and it’s well-appointed with features that include the Z07 Performance Package and the visible Carbon Fiber wheels. John gave his blessing for a couple of the guys at the shop to run a few hot laps around the Pennzoil Proving Grounds and boy, did they let ‘er rip!

With the new 670-hp Corvette Z06 now in house, we can only imagine what they have planned for America’s newest supercar.
