Chevrolet is once again teaming up with the good people at the American Cancer Society this October in their “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer” initiative, marking Chevy’s 16th consecutive year of partnership and support. This year, Chevrolet is bringing back the themed pink C8 Corvette Stingray to serve as the Pace Car for the NASCAR Cup Series races at Talladega Superspeedway and Martinsville Speedway.
This year’s campaign expands Chevrolet’s donation program to five NASCAR Cup Series races, with Chevrolet donating $1,500 (up to $25,000) for each Team Chevy driver who finishes in the Top 10 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Phoenix Raceway, Talladega Superspeedway, and Martinsville Speedway. On top of that, Chevrolet will be contributing $500 for each caution lap led by the pink pace car during the Series Cup races at Talladega and Martinsville, also up to $25,000. Last year, Chevrolet raised over $1.7 million dollars including $32,500 generated through the NASCAR campaign for the American Cancer Society.
“We are proud to continue standing alongside the American Cancer Society and everyone affected by breast cancer,” said Alyssa Haba, senior manager, Motorsports Marketing and Activation for Chevrolet. “Each October, our motorsports platform gives us a powerful opportunity to turn the visibility of NASCAR into meaningful support for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. With the pink Corvette Stingray returning to the track and donations tied to five Cup Series races, this year’s campaign creates more opportunities to make an impact and advance the fight against breast cancer.”
The 2026 donation campaign kicks off Sunday, October 4th, at the Las Vegas Speedway for the South Point 400. The pink ribbon Corvette Stingray will make its 2026 on-track debut towards the end of the month on Sunday, October 25th at the Talladega Superspeedway, returning once again November 1st at Martinsville Speedway for The Clash, second to last race in the NASCAR Cup Series.
