Corvette Racing: Charlie Eastwood to Defend ELMS LMGT3 Title with TF Sport

Charlie Eastwood is coming back to the European Le Mans Series with a championship to defend — and a Corvette that looks nothing like the one he drove to last year’s LMGT3 crown.

The 2025 champion will once again anchor TF Sport’s Corvette Z06 GT3.R program, but this season’s car will be impossible to miss. The team has unveiled a striking new livery described as a “phosphorescent green front and blue rear,” a bold departure from last year’s yellow and black scheme and a fitting visual for a team aiming to stay at the front of the field.

Eastwood won’t be doing it alone. He’ll share the cockpit with two new co drivers: Alec Udell, a familiar face from the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, and Blake McDonald, who was runner up in the Pro Am class of GT World Challenge America in a DXDT Corvette. McDonald recently teamed up with TF Sport for the first time in the Asian Le Mans Series, giving the trio a blend of experience across multiple platforms.

Eastwood and Udell already have chemistry, having teamed together last season in a DXDT Racing Corvette in the GTD class of the WeatherTech Championship. Their reunion adds continuity to a lineup that otherwise represents a fresh start.

The goal, however, remains unchanged.

Last year, Eastwood, Rui Andrade, and Hiroshi Koizumi clinched the LMGT3 title in dramatic fashion at Portimão, sealing TF Sport’s first championship with the new Z06 GT3.R. Now, with a new driver lineup and a head turning new look, Eastwood is aiming to keep the Corvette on top of Europe’s most competitive endurance stage.

The colors may be different. The teammates may be new. But the mission is exactly the same: defend the crown.
