Ah, the Marlboro Man…is he the American hero we need in these crazy times today?
A friend sent us a link to Christian J. Williams’ Instagram page which features a fantastic fan-made commercial for the new 2026 Corvette ZR1.
There are nearly 20 slides in this ‘gram, and at first, I wasn’t sure what I was seeing as I thought they were just random shots. But towards the very end, a slide features the culmination of all the previous ones and then it all made sense!
It’s definitely worth the scrolling to see the end result!
That’s a lot of horsepower. 🐎🏎️

Marlboro Man set my Gaydar off. Also, cigarettes haven’t been “in” for at least 30 years.
My Dad bought a 2025 C8. He also smoked Marlboros. I picked up the Corvette he custom ordered for him because the lung cancer they found 4 months earlier took away his ability to walk. He had the Corvette for less than 4 days before I watched him go in into respiratory failure and die. Smoking isn’t cute, and it will kill you. Way to ruin the image of such a beautiful car.
Great Vette and nice job filming/putting it together, but get rid of the cigarettes.! One of the biggest regrets for most ex-smokers, horrible habit. Throw in a hotty cowgirl too and you got yourself a video😀 Just a humble opinion.🙂

Not real of course, but I don’t know why a C8 ZR1 would ever need to be advertised.
