Corvette Delivery Dispatch with National Corvette Seller Mike Furman for Dec 14

Criswell Chevrolet’s Mike Furman delivers new Corvettes to his customers who come from all across the country to work with the nation’s top individual Corvette seller.

This week Mike put the spotlight on a Roswell Green Corvette Z06 that was delivered at the National Corvette Museum and the new owner made it a family affair by taking the kids. Looks like they had as much fun as dad was having! We also got some great vintage and throwback photos to share. As for my favorite this week, it would have to be the C1 and 2 C2s at Sunoco. ~Yesterday,12/7/25…I received an email from Barry Shulman of Ottawa Canada. He follows my Corvette Furman page and knows I worked for the Konner family 1978-1990. I always enjoy receiving these types of emails especially when pictures are included as cool as these few pics. Konner Chevrolet always had an extremely large Corvette inventory, both new and used and their Service shop was highly touted throughout the entire East Coast. Check out the 1971 Corvette inventory in the back lot at Malcolm Konner Chevrolet! Pick a color, any color!

“I am from OTTAWA CANADA,I went to College in the late 60’s in New York. I bought a used 1967 Corvette at Malcolm Konner Chevrolet of Paramus, NJ. A friend of mine from Ottawa came to visit April 1971 and we went to the New York Auto Show. He came to see all the new GM cars, especially the Corvettes . So naturally I took him to Konner’s to show him how many they had in stock, and he had never seen so many in one place! We really liked the Baldwin Corvettes at the NY Auto Show!”

~12/8/25~ Tony’s Corvette shop is less than two miles from my home and happens to be in between my work and home so it’s a natural for me to stop by. Ive known Tony Avedisian since 1990 when I started bringing my 1959 Corvette to his former home which was a mile from my house. Tony and his staff are Top Flight in every way. Yesterday Tony gave me a short tour and a quick history on his very special rare find. Tony had been on the hunt for a “Motion” Corvette. Joel Rosen was the owner of Baldwin-Motion located on Sunrise Hwy in Long Island, NY. Mr Rosen ordered this 1972 Sunflower Yellow Corvette which was built March 1972. He then created what you see today and it’s the only Moray GT Corvette that he built with this particular rear lip spoiler. I think the nose will be a big hit on the car show circuit but once completed Tony will have this in his home garage as a keeper. Tony always wanted a Joel Rosen Motion Corvette, mission accomplished and Tony has just the right shop to bring it back to life. Notice that Joel Rosen signed it twice and Dave McLellan once on the passenger roof. Mr Rosen passed away in 2023 but his craftsmanship lives on!

~Travis Pastrana is in the House…well his Corvette is anyway. If you follow his YouTube channel 199 then you’ve seen this very Corvette do a “real” 110 foot jump. Yesterday it was checked into our Criswell service department to have the transmission looked in to and pronto. Travis lives nearby in Davidsonville, Maryland. Go to you tube and look up “We jumped a Corvette 110ft. Channel 199 has 755,000 subscribers.

~6:43am Saturday 12/13/25~Every Saturday morning I arrive at Criswell Chevrolet a few hours before the showroom opens to get my deliveries in order. I also pick one showroom Corvette to wipe down with Adam’s waterless wash. The best product in my opinion to get dust or fingerprints off of the showroom Corvettes. Today I picked a brand new Rapid Blue 2025 Corvette Eray Convertible. Only 67 built in Rapid Blue, super rare and a world class GT Touring Sports Car! It’s available…

~Derrek N. of Findlay, OHIO factory ordered from me his new Roswell Green 2026 Corvette Z06/Z07 Coupe with Habanero Orange/Black interior and Orange Calipers. Derek’s new Corvette is a car show all by itself, tons of attention at the Corvette Museum where he just took delivery. The Red Carpet was rolled out by the Museum staff and fun was had by all especially his family who joined in on the fun!

Equipment: 3LZ, stealth interior trim, red engine intake, coupe engine appearance pkg, carbon fiber display hood, front lift, level 1 carbon fiber interior trim, black exhaust tips, Jake C8R graphics pkg, dark stealth crossed flags, black spider design wheels, visible carbon fiber Aero pkg, Z07 ultimate performance pkg and Jake logo center caps.

Finally a new C8 owner featured on here taking delivery of his car who isn’t 70 years old lol! My fave pics are the sharp looking orange 72 LT-1 Coupe and the 74 with the big heavy mini bike box on the luggage rack.
