Corvette Delivery Dispatch with National Corvette Seller Mike Furman for Oct 26

Criswell Chevrolet’s Mike Furman delivers new Corvettes to his customers who come from all across the country to work with the nation’s top individual Corvette seller.

Welcome back and thanks for joining us. Mike has a got a great Sunday Post ready for us today. It includes some great new 2026 Corvettes delivered Coast to Coast! ~Sunday 10/26/25~ Dust off wipe down day. Going for a ride on this chilled Sunny day. Not sure why but thinking of my only brother today. Scott passed 14 1/2 years ago and some days are harder than others. Today’s a deep sigh day. Scott was a Porsche guy but I never held that against him as I enjoyed taking him for some spirited rides in my Corvettes over the years. Tons of great stories, that’s for sure. I always say a Corvette is great therapy! *Enjoy the mini tour of my garage.

~Nassau Speed Week, December 1963. Needless to say, this is a very famous photo. John Mecom and Roger Penske lean on one of three factory-supported Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sports that were entered under the Mecom Racing Team banner to compete in several races that week. Developed in secret by Corvette Chief Zora Arkus-Duntov & Co. and aimed at the Shelby Cobra, the lightweight Grand Sports were accompanied by a remarkable number of Chevrolet engineers who just so happened to be on vacation in Nassau that week. The Grand Sports were a total surprise and caught Carroll Shelby completely off-guard. Mecom had assembled an All-Star lineup of drivers, including Penske, Jim Hall, Dr. Dick Thompson, Augie Pabst and John Cannon. And the Grand Sports were blistering fast, too, lapping ten seconds a lap quicker than Shelby’s Cobras. For a brief, fleeting moment in time the Corvette Grand Sport was the talk of the racing world.”

~Kevin G. of Round Rock, Texas now has a matching pair of beautiful Green Corvettes in his Texas garage. Kevin had the red carpet rolled out for him by the Museum staff this past Friday. Kevin owns an Elkhart Green 1973 Corvette and he ordered from me a Roswell Green 2026 Corvette Z06 Convertible with Natural interior. ~Victor A. of Boyle, Mississippi found me on the internet and didn’t let the 1,000 miles between us deter him as he wanted to experience his 2026 Z06 delivery at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY. which is only 398 miles from his Mississippi home. Victor had his special delivery yesterday as you can tell from his perma grin, fun was had by all.

Equipment on his Red Mist metallic Tintcoat 2026 Z06 Coupe: 3LZ, transparent roof, red engine intake, front lift, edge red calipers, black exhaust tips, black spider wheels, red seat belts, red stitching with black interior.

~James D. of Palm Springs, California ordered his 2013 Corvette, 2015 Z06 and just last week he took delivery of his new Competition Yellow 2026 Corvette Z51 Convertible. I had his 2026 Corvette drop shipped into his local Chevrolet dealership in Banning, California. James wrote a quick email how much he is enjoying his 3rd different generation Corvette that he has ordered from me. Hence the reason he reached across 2,800 miles to buy his 3rd Corvette. Equipment:3LT, stealth interior trim, front lift, magnetic ride, edge red calipers, yellow seatbelts, yellow stitching, black interior, midnight gray wheels with red stripe , Z51 pkg and much more.

He has received great reactions from all the Sports car folks in his area.

~Howard and Diane W. of Lahaina, Hawaii had a much different road to travel than most of my clients. I always ask, “Do you know how many Chevrolet dealerships that my Hawaii customers pass to get to me in Maryland?” Answer “ All of them. “ Approx 4,800 miles between us and here is their email after their new 2025 Corvette Arctic White Z06 Convertible arrived in Hawaii.

“The car made it to Maui. We got a last minute call on a Monday that the shipper had a cancellation, jumped into the car the next day (Tuesday), arrived in San Diego on Thursday night and delivered it to the dock the next morning. The attached pic is from Lahaina, facing the island of Lanai. In January/ February, that Channel will be filled with whales. Separately, do you have dates for your group at the Ron Fellows driving school (Z06)? I got an email from them with dates, but IIRC you do gatherings of your clients.“

~I wrote them back that my next Corvette/Eray/Z06 school dates at Spring Mountain are tentatively scheduled between March 30th-April 2nd, 2026.

~Randy H. of Cedar Falls, Iowa was referred to me by Kai of BG, KY. Randy factory ordered from me a Torch Red 2026 Corvette Z06 Convertible with an MSRP of $191,748. Last week Plycar trucking loaded it up and Randy received it in a couple of days via enclosed trailer. Randy emailed me after his new Z06 arrived and was extremely happy with all his choices.
