Earlier this summer we told you about a new documentary now out about the 1963 Corvette directed by David Panton, and featuring avid auto enthusiast Jerry Logan, his son Sterling Logan, and former Chevrolet designer Peter Brock who helped bring Bill Mitchell’s vision of the 2nd generation Corvette to life. This week on CORVETTE TODAY, David Panton and Sterling Logan join your host Steve Garrett to talk all about it!

The ’63 Split Window is the car that got me into the Corvette world as a young boy!

And now, there is a new documentary out about the 1963 Split Window Corvette. Sterling Logan and David Panton join your CORVETTE TODAY host, Steve Garrett, to tell you all about it!

Sterling’s father, Jerry, owns a silver ’63 Split Window Corvette. That car is used as the basis for this film. David is the Director of the documentary. They also enlinsted the help of legendary Corvette designer, Peter Brock, into the film too. Peter drew the image of the C2 Corvette, which was ultimately used for the C2 generation…talk about going straight to the source!

The documentary is filled with video from the GM archives and is very fun to watch. Find out the “behind the scenes” information and where you can view the film on this episode of CORVETTE TODAY.
