Corvettes for Sale: 2025 Corvette ZR1 Hits Bring a Trailer

Well, so much for the 2025 Corvette ZR1 packing a lot of bang for the buck!

One of the first 26 examples ever built of Chevy’s 1,064-horsepower supercar is already being offered on Bring a Trailer, and the current bid has already soared to $330,000 – with four days left in the auction.

The shame of it all is that after Chevy engineers worked so diligently to come up with one of the world’s best cars ever, this one will likely never see a track or even a city street, for that matter.

Amazingly, this example – beautifully coated in Sea Wolf Gray with Adrenaline Red interior – does have a “whopping” 137 miles, which is sadly much more than most may see.

Powered by the twin-turbo 5.5-liter LT7 V8, this ZR1 has an eight-speed dual clutch transmission and includes the top-of-the-line 3LZ package.

Also added is the optional ZTK Performance Package that revises the suspension calibration, adds stiffer springs, and forces the Carbon Fiber Aero Package that includes a high-downforce rear wing, hood-mounted Gurney flap, front dive planes, and underbody strakes.

Not that it will really matter because this car will basically become a very heavy – and high performing – paperweight, but the warranty will be voided by General Motors for all future owners because the original owner sold it within 12 months of the original purchase date. The car was originally delivered earlier this year to a New Jersey dealership and is being offered now in Concord, North Carolina.

The MSRP on the car is $205,460 – with $8,495 for the Carbon Fiber Aero Package, $1,500 for the ZTK Performance Track Package, $995 for the Sea Wolf Gray Tri-Coat paint, $995 for the 20-spoke Carbon Flash Forged Aluminum Wheels, $695 for the Bright Red Painted Calipers, $595 for the Stealth Interior Trim Package, $395 for the Black Exhaust Tips, and $3,000 for the Gas Guzzler Tax.

By the way, this will be one of only 16 ZR1s EVER in Sea Wolf Gray because that color has been retired for 2026. It also is one of the approximately 110 ZR1s that will be built with the old-style interior. Now, does that influence your bid?

  1. I could tell immediately from looking at just the first pic of this car that the dealer is Morrison Motors in Concord, NC. I have bought two Corvettes from them in the past and have been there a few more times to look at other Corvettes they’ve had for sale. Morrison Motors staff have always been very nice to me and they are absolutely first class and honest people to do business with. I could highly recommend Morrison Motors to anyone who is interested in buying this ZR1 or any other vehicle they have for sale. They know how to treat their customers right!!!

  2. David, anyone spending $330K+ on this in not in the least worried about warranty, as this same person will most likely just have this ZR1 sit in their personal collection and put 500miles tops on it in the next 5 years.
To me it is a waste of a perfectly good car, but it is their money and they have the right to do what they wish with their purchase.
