C8 Corvette Z06 & E-Ray Splitter

When you’re ready to ditch the base level chin spoiler on your C8 Corvette Z06 or E-Ray, ACS Composite offers the perfect replacement. This Z06/E-Ray Front Splitter is similar in size to the OEM Z07 front splitter, but without the Z07’s required canards/dive planes, which provides a cleaner, more streamlined look. It’s finished in Carbon Flash Black Metallic so it will match your standard rocker panels, and other trim and fascia components.

ACS Composite’s Front Splitter for the Z06/E-Ray is manufactured from their proprietary PC Composite material which offers three times the strength and is more scratch resistance than those made from fiberglass or AVS Plastic. The other benefit to PC Composite material is that if it does get nicked, the underlying material is also black which helps keeps it from being noticeable. ACS also included nine skid plates to the underside of the splitter to help maximize the splitter’s lifespan.


The ACS Z06/E-Ray Front Splitter is easy to install with no drilling or double-sided tape. This aftermarket splitter utilizes all the same mounting points as your OEM splitter and ACS even includes a 7mm ratchet to help with the swap. It takes just about 30 minutes to install and it’s fully reversable. Like most of their products, ACS Composite offers a video showing the installation of the one-piece splitter.

C8 Corvette Z06 & E-Ray Rock Guards

ACS Composite’s Rock Guards for the Z06/E-Ray adds a serious level of active protection against rocks and other road debris striking the sides of your widebody Z06 or E-Ray. ACS designed their Rock Guards so that any rock chips or road debris picked up by your Michelins are forced downward and away thanks to the bladed design. In the rear, there is a mesh screen which protects the rear body work from damage while also stopping the collection of rocks, pebbles and other debris from getting lodged inside the bodywork’s unique tunnel.


Manufactured from ACS Composite’s PC Composite material, these Rock Guards are super strong to resist chipping and scrapes, and yet they are also surprisingly light. Appearance-wise, they don’t detract from the beauty of your Corvette’s design, and they are finished in Carbon Flash Metallic (CFZ) to match the other carbon flash trim on the car. The E-Ray/Z06 Rock Guards are equipped with integrated tabs that snap into place inside the wheel wells, so installation is quick, easy, and reversible.

C8 Coupe Rear Intake Ports

One of the interesting facts about the new C8 ZR1 Coupe is that it has new ductwork to help cool the engine bay. The good news for C8 Coupe owners who don’t own a ZR1 is that ACS Composite already offers their own killer solution which they call their C8 Rear Intake Ports.


If we had a C8 Coupe, we’d be all over these Rear Intake Ports which helps to direct outside air into the engine compartment to improve air flow and reduce ambient temperatures. These intake ports integrate seamlessly with the Corvette’s design and best of all, your Corvette’s engine bay will stay cooler for optimal performance.

The C8 Rear Intake Ports are manufactured using ACS Composite’s proprietary PC Composite material and then finished in the OEM Carbon Flash Metallic Black (CFZ). The end result shows off the silver flakes in the paint up close, yet from further back it retains a glossy black appearance. These Intake Ports will match all your other Carbon Flash trim on the car like the fascias, vents, and side intake trim. They are also available in Primer should you wish to have them painted the same as your Corvette’s body color.


This mod is totally reversible! Installation is easy and requires no drilling or tape. The intake scoops are securely attached to the front V-shaped edge of the hatch, and then are fastened using a supplied fastener through the outlet grills.
