Broad Arrow is hosting their annual Amelia Auction alongside the 30th anniversary of Hagerty’s Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance in Florida March 7th and 8th. Last year’s successful event boasted an amazing 92% sell through rate and a healthy $63 million in sales.

This year’s Amelia Island docket includes a total of 169 lots. As we create this prose, the list consists of 166 cars, two tractors, and one go-kart. The docket contains rare and desirable supercars from the collector car hobby’s top marques.

Naturally, Corvettes are well represented in Broad Arrow’s offering with six prime examples inviting your bids. Four of the six cars are offered without reserve. The sextet of Zora’s offspring is led by the famous 1960 Camoradi racer that lapped Lemans alongside the three Cunningham racers that year. A stunning 1957 Fuelie is the other C1 up for grabs. A quartet of midyears complete the Corvette docket and include a pair of big blocks from 1966 and 1967, a classy black 1967 roadster, and speedy 1963 racer.

Here’s a closer look at the Corvettes available at The Amelia sale.

1960 Camoradi Corvette Racer

Lot 268 – 1960 Camoradi Corvette Racer: We talk a lot about the three Cunningham Corvettes that competed and won at Le Mans in 1960. Did you know there was a 4th Corvette competing that year? The #4 Camoradi racer competed right alongside its white and blue brothers. Sponsored by Casner Motor Racing Division for the 1960 season, this C1 fuelie finished 2nd in class and 10th overall at the 1960 24 Hours of Le Mans. It also ran 2nd in GT 5.0 at the 12 hours of Sebring. It spent significant time in Sweden before it was discovered there in 1995. A comprehensive restoration was conducted in 2022. Since then, it’s been following the show circuit where it’s claimed a NCRS American Heritage award, The Grand Sport Trophy at Amelia, featured in Bloomington Gold’s Gold Collection, and more. Power comes from the 290hp fuel injected engine and other track-ready features include a 37-gallon fuel tank plus heavy-duty brakes and suspension.
