The C8 Corvette has just entered its 6th year of production as the 2025s kicked off just last month. To help keep the lineup looking fresh, Chevrolet offered three new exterior colors and a new 3LT/3LZ interior for the new model year. Now that these cars are being ordered, there’s one combination that we wanted to get your opinion on with a Hot or Not post.
Today’s Hot or Not post comes from our friend Jeff ‘Zipity’ Duda of Ciocca Corvette in Atlantic City. Jeff recently gave us a video featuring a variety of C8 Corvettes ordered with the D30 Color Overrides. These are color combinations that are not recommended, but can still be ordered with the D30 Color Combination Override code which adds an additional $695 to your order.
Today’s “spicy” subject is a new 2025 Corvette Stingray in the new Hysteria Purple Metallic combined with the 3LT Habanero interior. Ciocca has this new 2025 Corvette listed on their website as available for sale, so if you really like it, it’s in Atlantic City waiting for you!
The GM Fleet Order Guide shows that Habanero is recommended for Sebring Orange, Arctic White, Black, and Sea Wolf Gray. However, I think many of you will find that Habanero also goes very well with the new Hysteria Purple. The interior color features the Habanero Orange on the seats, door panels and lower dash, and it’s further complemented with Orange Stitching throughout the cabin. The interior can be ordered in Napa Leather or you can select Napa Leather with Sueded Microfiber inserts on the seats like the car from Ciocca is equipped with.
Jeff posted photos of this combination on his Facebook Page:
New Arrival! Hysteria Purple with Habanero Interior. The newest color options from Corvette! The Hysteria Purple takes on a blue tint in the sun and a purple tint in the shade. This available car also has the brand new 3LT Habanero Interior. Other options include Hardtop Convertible, Front Lift, 20 Spoke Gloss Black Wheels and Z51. Interested in buying it, let me know, it’s available at Ciocca Corvette!

Butt Ugly fits well.
Just because something can be ordered – doesn’t mean it should be. Rare is one thing, Rare and Desirable is another.
I like it. Won’t see many with that combination.
Yes for the Hysteria Purple exterior color
Rapid Blue with habanero interior
It’s unique and it’s hot. I don’t care what anyone says about it.
Involved in car sales for about 40 years, an axiom that I adheard to was never have an opinion on religion, politics or color choice!
That color combination goes in the same category as Cacti or Caffeine turd brown.
Have a friend with a Sebring Orange C8 with two tone blue interior. It’s surprisingly sharp looking too. Both his and this purple one smack of McLaren combos available, like it.
Hey, it’s a sportscar, not a hearse! 👍
Whatever you like, but that red is too overpowering for my taste.
We will not really know until years later like the 63 SWC.
Probably will be one of one.
Okay, just kidding.
To each his own,
my father used to say
“some people like ketchup in their coffee”
Sorry, still don’t see purple when I look at this car.
I don’t hate it because of the contrast. I hate it because the red hues from the orange just make the Blurple look even more blue than it would against SCG. And Hysteria is already way too blue.
When did GM change the name of the color Blue to Purple Hysteria? That’s hysterical.
