We are in the second order cycle for the 2025 Corvette and today is the day that dealers can match allocations to their customer orders, or dealers can order for inventory. It’s also the day that dealers received the latest constraints from GM, which looks to be improving in our opinion.
Our biggest concern overall with the constraints has been the Z06 and the ability to order the Z07 Performance Package. For the last few order cycles, we’ve seen the quantities of the required aero and ground effects packages at zero or if they were available, it was some very low numbers. Those items for Z06 are still on the constraint report, but there are a lot more availabilities this time around with the Z07 high wing and the splitter/rocker panels.
The other piece of good news is that the new exterior colors for 2025 are starting to expand as Competition Yellow is now available to order on all three models. The totals are low for it, as well as the new Hysteria which could also be ordered in the last go-around. Unfortunately, nothing yet on Sebring Orange Metallic yet but we’re hoping to see it soon. Lastly, we have some very low quantities of the new Habanero interior, but they will only go to the Stingray.

Why the constraints? Little store fronts making supplies for GM that have a couple people out sick most of the time? Paint colors can’t be made? Who is controlling this? Sounds like GM has the wrong suppliers and has for a long time. How about get new ones?
MacMulkin Chevrolet tells me they can not order any of the new colors for the 2nd
order cycle?
That’s possible Mark. Chevy has highly limited the rollout of the new colors, and they are specifically telling dealers what they can order.
GM sent out 92 allocations for Competition Yellow Stingrays in the 2nd order cycle.
MacMulkin Chevrolet is the largest Corvette Dealer in the World and they can’t order one?
