The Corvette Assembly Plant shut down their daily public tours back in early February as there was some work that was planned inside the plant, and with the ZR1s still in the development stages, they didn’t want anyone to see what was happening. But now for August, the assembly plant has made a number of tour dates available.
If you’re planning on attending the Corvette Museum’s 30th Anniversary Celebration at the end of August, it looks like all those dates are gone during the actual Thursday-Saturday show. However, if you are coming in early that week, we are still seeing tours available for Monday and Tuesday, August 26th and 27th.
The Corvette Assembly Plant is also open for tours during the week of August 12th. The calendar is still showing plenty of availabilities for Monday through Thursday that week.
We toured the Corvette Assembly Plant during the NCM Bash in April this year and it was a great experience as always to see workers building America’s Favorite Sports Car. To book your assembly plant tour, click here to visit the National Corvette Museum’s Plant Tours page.
