Two Corvette E-Rays Added to the NCM Motorsports Park Fleet

If you’re the kind of person who likes to try before you buy, the National Corvette Museum’s Motorsports Park offers some fantastic opportunities to drive the new C8 Corvette Stingrays and Z06s on the track. For a fee, you get to do some lead/follow touring laps on the course while allowing you to experience the vehicle dynamics that makes driving a Corvette so much fun.

Now the Motorsports Park has just added a new Corvette model to the fleet – the 2024 Corvette E-Ray!

“At NCM Motorsports Park, we are dedicated to providing fun, safe, and cutting-edge experiences for our guests,” said Greg Waldron, Executive Director. “The addition of the E-Ray allows us to put guests behind the wheel of the newest Corvette available, which also happens to be the fastest Corvette ever made.”

The NCM Motorsports Park will be offering two driving activities with the new performance hybrid sports car. The E-Ray Touring Lap options allows guests to drive four laps in a lead/follow format around the course. For those that want a little more of a thrill ride, the Lightning Round option adds a ride as a passenger while a professional driver launches the car from 0-60 mph and hits the track for a hot lap at triple-digit speeds.

Staff from the Motorsports Park picked up their new E-Rays in Detroit and both are wearing two of the new 2024 colors. One was done in Sea Wolf Gray Tri-coat and the other is wearing the new Riptide Blue Metallic. The new cars then did a regional road trip from Detroit to Nashville with stops in South Bend, Indianapolis, Louisville, Lexington, Knoxville, and Pigeon Forge where they were they were shown at the Corvette Expo, before driving the cars on the Tail of the Dragon.

“We want to create a lot of excitement around this amazing car,” says NCM Motorsports Park Marketing Manager, Morgan Watson. “We were the first track in the nation to bring guests the Z06 Driving Experience, and we are excited to once again deliver on excellence with the new E-Ray options. This car represents the perfect combination of performance and speed, something car enthusiasts and adrenaline seekers alike can look forward to experiencing.”

The all-new Corvette E-Ray has already been added to the Experiences tab on the Motorsports Park website, so what are you waiting for! The Motorsports Park also offers the Touring Laps and Lightning Rounds for all three Corvette models that can be purchased as gift certificates, so keep that in mind as they make a very unique gift for the Corvette enthusiasts in your life.
