[VIDEO] First RHD Corvette Z06 Arrives in New Zealand

We like to describe Chevrolet’s exporting of the new C8 as the Corvette’s world domination tour, and the next stop is New Zealand where the first right-hand-drive 2023 Corvette Z06 just landed.

Currently, there is no pricing or exact timeline for when the new Z06 will go on sale in the country. AutoCar.co.nz suggests that if pricing is similar to the spread between the Stingray and the Z06 here in the States, then theoretically, if the Stingray costs $185K, then the Z06 see a starting price upwards of $260,000.

And with only 30 Stingrays delivered to New Zealand last year, the number of Z06s is expected to be very low. The car is generally expected sometime next year, and when they do come, they will be 2024 models.

Back in February, General Motors Specialty Vehicles (GMSV), who handles the sales of Corvettes and Silverados in Australia and New Zealand, had advised dealers to not yet take any deposits for the car, as the details for the when the car would go on sale and for how much have yet to be set in stone.
