Remember those days not so long ago when a C6 ZR1 was just another used car that in some cases had depreciated into the 50s?
We have a feeling that potential buyers of Chevy’s sixth generation powerhouse who were looking for a bargain not so long ago may have missed the boat.
For example, check out this very nice Torch Red over Ebony 2010 ZR1 currently up for sale at no reserve on Bring a Trailer. With five days left in the auction, the high bid has already hit $66,100!
This three-owner car has been driven less than 9,000 miles since being delivered new to Paradise Chevrolet in Ventura, California and eventually acquired by the seller in 2021.
This ZR1 listed for $119,130, with the only options being the $1,300 gas guzzler tax and the $10,000 3ZR Premium Equipment Group that includes custom leather wrapped interior, Bose premium 7 speaker system, power telescoping steering wheel, heated seats, memory package, universal home remote, adjustable sport bucket seats, Bluetooth, and navigation system.
The highlight of the ZR1, of course, is its supercharged 6.2-liter LS9 V8 engine that’s visible through a polycarbonate window in the hood and is capable of producing 638 horsepower.
Features include a six-speed manual transmission, 19- and 20-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels, Magnetic Ride Control, Brembo ceramic-composite brakes, xenon headlights, head-up display, an aftermarket carbon-fiber steering wheel, and Keyless Access.
Included with the car is the window sticker, owner’s manual, service records, spare parts, and a clean Carfax report.
