Criswell Chevrolet’s Mike Furman delivers new Corvettes to his customers who come from all across the country to work with the nation’s top individual Corvette seller.
One of things we’ve learned when working with Mike is to expect a huge amount of photos whenever he returns from one of his Spring Mountain trips, and that’s exactly what we have for you today. Mike hosted three different corvette Owner School classes and he shares some of the memorable moments from the week. But even while he was hosting those customers, new Corvettes were still be delivered at the National Corvette Museum and through courtesy deliveries with other dealerships. Make sure you stick around for the vintage and throwback photos because this is a rockin’ collection Mike has put together for us.

~I’ve been to Spring Mountain Racetrack 40+ times over the last 20 years and this is the first time I’ve run into Ron Fellows here on site.
~The night before the first class of Corvette owners school I always host a Pizza dinner party in The Clubhouse at Spring Mountain Racetrack. Last night was epic. Everyone had a blast and four of my customers that weren’t in the class came out to visit me, two drove out from Las Vegas ( Rich and Mike) and two came all the way from LA, California. One of which being my C8 customer Judge Lance Ito. Even Ron Fellows joined in on the fun. I put out a call to a friend in Boston who is a huge race fan and had my phone on speaker so He could talk with Ron Fellows and they ended up discussing Hockey. I also had Judge Lance Ito call my Golf partner in Maryland who is a Lawyer and that blew my friend Tim’s mind. Fun night, today we drive Corvettes!
~ It feels like I was dropped into the “Wizard of Oz” Movie today as the wind is just whipping in Pahrump, Nevada. Here are a few Z06’s that they are putting miles on so that they can be all ready for Z06 owners school. Yesterday Ron Fellows put 160 miles on an Elkhart Lake Blue Z06. I spoke to him afterwards and he was beaming ear to ear in amazement at the 2023 Z06.
~Found a few more 2023 Z06’s at the racetrack in Pahrump, Nevada today. They are getting prepared for the Z06 Corvette owners school which will begin very soon.
~ The first dinner party on Sunday I hosted 18 of my Corvette customers and guests, and last Night there were 36 of my customers and guests and we packed the Clubhouse here on site at The Ron Fellows Spring Mountain Racetrack in Pahrump, Nevada. 21 Pizza pies delivered and no one went hungry. Jeff Daum, my Corvette friend from Henderson, NV supplied the professional pictures to capture the evening. Zeke Jones (Olympic Silver medalist 1992 in Barcelona) the Arizona State University head Wrestling coach was in attendance along with Adam Pitale of Adam’s Polishes. Fun was had by all! All 54 of my Criswell Chevrolet customers driving this week here at Spring Mountain will receive a $50 Gift certificate from Adam’s Polishes that I arranged with Adam via a special Corvette Furman owners school password.
~Adam of Adam’s Polishes, Rick Malone and me…At the Fire pit behind the Clubhouse. Spring Mountain Motor Sports Resort and Country Club. 3 of 4 days on the racetrack driving Corvettes are completed. One more day and tomorrow will be the best weather day of the week. Pahrump, Nevada.
~Adam Pitale, founder of Adam’s Polishes has now taken my Corvette Furman Owners School 3 times and each time he has done a “free “demo on one of my customers Corvettes. Richard from Oregon was the fortunate Corvette owner that Adam ceramic coated the front half of his Hypersonic Corvette. The crowd grew quickly!
~ This week went too fast but my 3 classes filled with 54 of my Corvette customers (twice per year) from all over the globe could not have gone any better. Big thank you to Todd and Rick at Spring Mountain Racetrack for allowing me to host my Corvette customers from Criswell Chevrolet here at Spring Mountain in Pahrump, NV.
~It’s nice receiving feedback from out of state customers that I don’t get to meet. This is from a forum post he did. “I received a small package in the mail yesterday. I wasn’t expecting anything, but on the outside of the package were the words “A GIFT FROM CRISWELL AUTO”. I opened it up and found a box of peanut brittle (I’m in Texas, this is Good Stuff) and a thank you note signed by Mike Furman of Criswell Chevrolet. It is little things like this that go much further than their cost to buy happiness and even loyalty. My previous dealer never thanked me for my purchase. Mike didn’t have to do this and I would still be happy with my new C8. But little things like this say a lot about customer focus. That is why I am posting this kudos in the purchasing C8 channel: I am very happy with Criswell and Mike Furman throughout the lengthy process of moving from waiting list to ordering to delivery.”

~Art and Sheryl M. of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania factory ordered their very first Corvette and took delivery yesterday at the Corvette Museum in BG, KY. Art spec’d out his Silver Flare 2023 Corvette Z51 Convertible with Black interior, 3LT pkg, front lift, magnetic ride, bright machined wheels, and much more.

~The Bowling Green Fire Department raffle is here once again and yesterday the BGFA took delivery of vin 911, a stunning Red Mist Metallic 2023 Corvette coupe. The National Corvette Museum rolled out the Red Carpet for this special delivery. I truly enjoy helping out the community of Bowling Green and I know their 2023 Corvette raffle will be just as big and successful as last year! The raffle details/order info will be available in the next few weeks so please give some thought to how many tickets you would like to purchase as the odds are tremendous at winning this beautiful brand new 2023 Red Mist Corvette. I look forward to BGFA releasing the raffle details.
~Brian L. of Brighton, Colorado factory ordered from me a Carbon Flash Black 70th Anniversary Corvette Z51 coupe and yesterday took delivery at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY. This is a sharp color combo with the 70th anniversary ceramic white/black interior with red stitching which goes great with the edge red calipers and 20 spoke midnight gray forged aluminum wheels with red stripe.

~Barry F. of Laurel, Maryland bought his 2014 Corvette from me and today he drove off with a huge perma grin as he took delivery of his White Pearl 2023 Corvette 70th anniversary coupe vin 2964. This is Barry’s 3rd Corvette as he also owned a C5 back in the day. Barry had no sleep last night and today he was over the moon with his new Corvette.
