1963-1967 Corvette 2-inch Reproduction Oval Mufflers – new reproduction of factory original C2 Corvette low-profile oval muffler in appearance, fit and sound. Features aluminized case, end caps and 14-gauge (.70 wall) inlet and outlet pipes. Hand-jigged and MIG welded for a precise fit. Uses single mount bracket for installation as original. Sold in pairs.
1970-1974 Corvette 454 Auto 2 1/2-inch Exhaust Pipe Set – 1968-1974 Corvette exhaust systems are precision fabricated of .070 14-gauge aluminized tubing for long life and exact fit. 1970-1974 454 w/automatic transmission 2 1/2″ 4-piece exhaust pipe set includes the header and secondary pipe connecting from exhaust manifold to muffler. Header pipe includes pre-installed donut sleeve and donut gasket.
To complete your installation, Zip recommends Corvette exhaust hangers, clamps and flanges. Exhaust hangers are often damaged or completely broken from years of use and reuse. For a complete exhaust system upgrade, Zip has both 4-piece pipe sets with aluminized mufflers or our “welded” exhaust systems designed to emulate the factory OEM exhaust.
1985-1990 Corvette OE Style Aluminized Mufflers – these premium replacement 1985-1990 Corvette mufflers look like factory originals (will retrofit 1984 Corvettes) but offer improved engineering over the stock C4 Corvette exhaust. Corrosion resistant aluminized case is double wrapped and features welded internal parts for rattle free operation. Twin full size outlets produce minimum back pressure and a mellow tone.
