Add Mexico to the very exclusive list of countries where the 2023 Corvette Z06 is available.
General Motors announced this week that Mexico has become the first country outside of the United States and Canada to sell the new supercar, which features the most powerful naturally aspirated engine ever in a production vehicle with its flat-plane crank, 670-horsepower, 5.5-liter LT6 V8.
“The stunning look, sound and feel of the 2023 Corvette Z06 are the result of work and focus that represents the ultimate in supercar expertise,” said Carlos de la Mora, Manager of Electric and Sports Vehicles at GM Mexico. “This new Z06 was designed and engineered to set higher standards in detail, customization and performance.”
The Z06 will be available in Mexico only as a coupe, with the Z07 Performance Package standard. A 70th Anniversary Special Edition variant will also be offered.
The privilege of owning a Z06 in Mexico won’t be cheap, with the standard model going for about 3.7 million pesos or roughly $194,600 USD at the current exchange rate. The 70th Anniversary Special Edition will be even higher, tipping the register at 3.79 million pesos or $200,300 USD.
The highly sought after Z06 is now available through an exclusive network of 10 Chevrolet Performance stores located in the main cities of Mexico, including the capital CDMX, Puebla, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Cancún and Culiacán.

Maybe if I move to Mexico I can get a Z06 because it sure doesn’t look like GM wants to sell them to the US customers.

Sell in Mexico for extra profits while all customers on lists in USA watch and wait. Pretty soon we’ll be told our deal for purchase at MSRP is no longer valid.
I think the group of dealers have decided on that amount (of markup). Hey, those Cartel bosses will not notice the extra cost.

Cartel bosses can easily afford one. Probably could get about 10 or 12 in the frunk and trunk. Can’t get the convertible because you lose space. That’s a lot considering the coyotes charge $10000 per person.
There sure is a lot of spiteful and hateful remarks on this thread. Why get on the ZO6 list to begin with if you have such negative and disparaging views and options of the manufacturer of the car that you guys claim that you want. The new C8 ZO6 is a very hot car. Wait your turn and try to be optimistic instead of pessimistic.
