The high horsepower parade at Mecum Kissimmee 2023 continues to march along this week. With 430 Corvettes lurking on the 4,000+ car docket, there’s no shortage of America’s sportscar in central Florida. In addition to thousands of individual lots, there are also 35 diverse car collections crossing the famous Mecum red carpet at the Osceola Heritage Park.

While we can’t share all 35 unique collections here, we have picked out some of our favorites to showcase the killer Corvettes contain therein.

Vintage Vettes and Classics Collection

The Vintage Vettes & Classics Collection

The Vintage Vettes and Classics Collection houses 26 Corvettes from each of the first 4 generations of production. As one would surmise from the title, it’s also the most Vette-heavy of our feature collections. A couple of our favorites here include a rare Aztec Copper 1957 fuelie and a handsome blue/blue 1967 427/400 convertible. We’re also huge fans of that mean looking 1969 black on black L88 replica coupe.

The Doyle Thomas Whata Collection

The Doyle Thomas Whata Collection

Next up, the Doyle Thomas Whata Collection brings us 15 more Corvettes. This group features everything from a white on red Bloomington Benchmark winning 1964 coupe to a 1,000 mile 2019 ZR1 coupe. We’re especially smitten with the Paul Atkins-built 1966 + 2003 restomod mashup. Check out how well that C5 interior fits in the C2 cabin.

The Dream Garage Collection

The Dream Garage Collection

The 45-car Dream Garage Collection contains an international cast of cars and motorcycles. Looking deeper, we find five Corvettes swimming in the automotive sea including a black 1958 and a red 1962 fuelie. Our favorites in this group are the factory fresh 7-mile 1978 L82 pace car and the red/red 1990 ZR1.

Mark’s Delivery Mile Collection

Mark's Delivery Mile Collection

Mark’s Delivery Mile Collection holds 5 more rare and nearly new Corvettes. In here you’ll find a rare Yellow 2010 ZR1 with just 28 miles on it. There’s also an orange 2011 Carbon Edition Z06 showing 15 miles and a 2013 60th Anniversary 427 convertible rocking 520 miles on the clock. Finally there’s a 645-mile Sebring Orange 2019 ZR1 convertible plus a 17k-mile 2019 Z06 Hertz 100th anniversary edition.

Select Vehicles from Boo Boo’s Garage

Boo Boo's Garage

Parked in the Boo Boo’s Garage you’ll find a classic red 1963 split window coupe and a LS3 powered 1967 silver restomod convertible. The yellow/tan 2004 coupe was formerly owned by Bob Bondurant. It’s finished in Bondurant Driving School livery and features Bob’s signature on the dash.

The Mark Dahl Collection

The Mark Dahl Collection

Our tour of collections that deserve your affection wraps up with the Mark Dahl Collection. Here we see a set of fraternal twin 1966 coupes. Both cars feature Nassau Blue paint, 4-speeds, knock off wheels, and side exhaust. Lot F1 is powered by 350hp L79 engine and sports a blue interior with air conditioning and headrest seats. Lot F2 is powered by the 425hp L72 big block and it features a black interior while only 23,306 miles show on the odometer.
