Visitors to the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center were finally able to see the C8 Corvette Z06 in person over the weekend at the Automoto Show.

The Hypersonic Gray 2023 Z06 Coupe was stationed on a circulator platform, surrounded by a glass wall and a number of Corvettes in various colors from previous generations.

The first public appearance in the United Arab Emirates – sponsored by Chevrolet and Bin Hamoodah Auto, official dealer partner in Abu Dhabi – came during the show that was held Oct. 7-9.

  1. Ordering opening early next year my a$$, GM!!

Just think of how many sheikh’s who will get this car before most of you out there who have already ordered one!!

  2. Wait a minute, I am on the Z06 list since Feb 2020 at Classic Chevy Sugarland,TX. #46. Classic Chevy Sugarland got 1 Z06 for their allotment til next allotment Jan 2023. You are shipping over seas before us American citizens get ours. That’s a bunch of BULL !!!!

  3. Why?? GM can’t keep up with demand here so they decide to send some overseas??? WTF!? Seems kinda stupid.

  4. How can the Z possibly be sold over sea’s when thousands like myself in the country of origin ( i won’t say USA as i might offend some one ) have no idea when the car will be available?

  5. This is a display, not a customer delivery. They are getting to SEE it, not own it. Note that Ford is having problems as well. GM likes money as well as anyone but has been affected by the supply chain like everyone else. On top of that the government is leaning all over them to dump the ICE’s and hurry up with the electrics. Imagine how the gearhead Chevy engineers feel who are having the rug pulled out from under them as they are required to “switch sides”.
