Our friends at the MidEngineCorvetteForum.com reached a major milestone this week with the addition of its 10,000th member! That’s 10,000 reasons to visit and join in the conversation about America’s Favorite Sports Car!

The 10,000th member to join the MECF has the very appropriate screen name of “Vette Addict” and although he was offered several prizes including C8 lowering collars and a set of shock/strut tower covers, he selected a signed copy of my book on Corvette Special Editions! Vette Addict tells said in his first post that he doesn’t have a C8 yet, but he is number one for the Z06 at his primary dealership (and number 2 at the backup dealership)!

The MECF is a Corvette-centric forum and it’s the second-largest C8 Corvette Forum behind the “those other guys.” Thanks to the no-nonsense moderators on the site, it’s also one of the nicest places on the internet to visit for a conversation on the new C8 Stingray and Z06 with like-minded enthusiasts!

It seems like we mention the MECF all the time as the site has become a great resource for picking up the latest C8 Corvette news. Members can track the daily production numbers and everyone is always excited for the member who confirms his car was just built.
