The all-new 2023 Corvette Z06 is set to be revealed to the world Tuesday at 12 noon ET so we are creating this bookmark for you to watch with us as the covers come off America’s new supercar. Chevy will be showing their new film to reveal the car and then a round table of Corvette Team members and enthusiasts will follow. The official URL for the reveal is chevy.com/z06.
We are out in California for the reveal and will be visiting the new 2023 Corvette Z06 in person as it makes its public debut at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, California. There is an electric buzz in the air as we prepare to see the new Z06 and we’ve already run into several members of the Corvette Team out here include Tadge Juechter, Harlan Charles, and Corvette Ambassador Oliver Gavin.

What a BS reveal!! How about some real technical specs on the car. Why do show it on a four wheel dyno?

Without a doubt a world-class SportsCar. But I could have done without all of the non-engineer blather. And a lot more of the engineers technical perspective.
After watching for a second time their are two intentional major boo-boos concerning heritage and comparison during the panel discussion. As a former owner of a C6 Z06, the LS7 reved happily to 7 KRPM. The LS7R also won the global race engine of the year. They only mention other small blocks going to 6500 rpm.
Next, Comparison with other super sports cars failed to mention the entry level Ferraris. The C8 Z06 is a reverse engineered 458 italia Speciale, but heavier to the latter by 500 lbs…
I am impressed about the LT6 conception and compression ratio to yield 120 Hp per Litre…
