[ACCIDENT] C7 Corvette Stingray Collides with a Ford Escape in Maine

Three people were hurt in a head-on collision between a C7 Corvette Stingray coupe and a Ford Escape in West Dennis, Maine about 3 p.m. Wednesday.

Capecod.com reports that the crash happened in the area of Main Street (Route 28) near Old Jail Lane and sent three people with unknown injuries to Cape Cod Hospital in Dennis and Yarmouth ambulances, including one person who had to be extricated from one of the vehicles.

It’s hard to tell from a video made at the scene that the black vehicle is indeed a Corvette, at least by looking at the front end that suffered heavy damage in the crash.

Dennis Police are investigating the accident, which left traffic snarled in the area, and no other details are available on the cause.

  2. West Dennis, Massachusetts. Not Maine. Just received my C8 3 months ago and crashes like this give me the chills. I hope they are alright.
