From the Corvette Forum comes these two photos of a camouflaged C8 Corvette prototype spotted on Thursday in Defiance, Ohio at an Arby’s restaurant. CF member “spyderx” shared the photos that were sent to him by a friend.
Like other previous sightings of the still camouflaged “narrow body” Stingrays, the mule has a cut-off switch mounted to the driver-side rear fender while two sensors are seen just above the exhaust ports.
We’ve maintained that these narrow-body Stingrays still in Camo are possibly E-Ray prototype mules. With us now expecting the C8 Z06 will arrive as a 2023 model, does that make the E-Ray a 2024 now? Time will tell…
Not much else to report, other than the fact that the engineer chose to lunch at Arby’s over McDonald’s.
