Back in June 2018, a friend named John Elegant who I casually knew from the NCM and the Corvette Forum sent an email to me about joining together to create a forum for C8 Corvette enthusiasts and month later the MidEngineCorvetteForum.com was launched! Today the website is an outstanding source of accurate, up-to-date C8 Corvette news, while also having the reputation as being the friendly forum with no BS, much to John’s credit.

This week is John’s turn to appear on the CORVETTE TODAY Podcast:

Meet John Elegant….yes, that’s is real last name! John is the Founder of MidEngineCorvetteForum.com. He is also a Lifetime Member of the National Corvette Museum.

Through his connections with the Corvette Team, John is able to put out real truths about the C8 mid-engine Corvette. His website is a wealth of information about the newest generation of Corvette. You’ll love to listen to Steve Garrett talk with the man simply called….”Elegant” on CORVETTE TODAY.

  1. Why has GM moved all the status #’s back to 3000? It’s taken a year to get past that level, and now everyone is bounced back ( according to corvette concierge today ) 3100-3300 back to 3000. It’s ridiculous . I guess more rich people and youtubers need to get more units . Tired of getting bounced around, and other blue collar guys should be too. If you aren’t following your build you have a lot more patience than me.

  2. The C8 high wing should be installed at the factory. It doesn’t make sense to ship the car with a Z51 wing, then have the dealer remove the rear fascia and install the high wing, and the owner ends up with 2 wings…
