With an estimated 1 out 5 households not working because of the Coronavirus, General Motors is extending a helping hand in the form of special financing offers, delayed payments, and help with current payments.
The program is being instituted across all brands at GM with Chevrolet calling it “Chevy Cares”. The 2019 Corvette is eligible for the offers so, in addition to the current $2,000 customer cash incentive, you can now finance for up to 84 months at 0% interest and the first payment can be deferred for up to 120 days. Customers can even take delivery of their vehicles at home.
GM has said it will also work with current owners who have been impacted by the pandemic and one of those options will be delaying payments. GM is also making several data services available to current owners including in-car WiFi as well as OnStar Crisis Assist.
Chevrolet’s dealerships are currently open for business but always check ahead. For details on the Chevy Care program, visit www.chevrolet.com.
